Dog Training
Ahhh! Training!!! Dog obedience
is near and dear to our hearts here at DoggieWorks! We believe
that dog training is a right all dogs are entitled to and we
strive to provide several fun, exciting and safe classes for
the whole family. We offer the following weekly obedience classes
at BARK Chicago, “The best BARK in town.” This ultra
modern slice of doggie heaven is located at Lake and Wood Streets
in the South Loop area.

All Weekly Training
Classes - $160 (six week session)
Puppy Play Pen
This class is dedicated to all things puppy!!! We ask that your
puppies be between 10 weeks and 5 months old. In this class we
discuss housebreaking, jumping, biting, barking and several other
snotty puppy behaviors. We also teach basic obedience commands
that any little fuzzy pup can master. This class is super supportive
for both you and your dog. In this class we use positive reinforcement
techniques and treats, treats, treats!!! Each class begins and
ends with puppy recess for all our “kids!”

Basic Doggie Etiquette
This class addresses all basic obedience commands and gives you,
the owner, a lot of common sense advice and tips about how to
interact with your pooch! We will learn important commands like
sit, stay, down, heel, come, leave-it and much, much more! It’s
a must for everyone who craves a balance between hound and human!
This class if fun for the whole family. With our creative use
of music and our interactive game-playing training techniques,
this class is high energy and exciting!

Alpha Dog (train the
owner seminar)
Part classroom, part hands on experience, we provide this class
for owners who need assistance in maintaining control of their
dogs or dog pack. Great for first time owners or those who might
feel as though their pups are ruling their home. We use several
disciplines including Behavior Modification, Canine Pack Theory
and Resource Management techniques to help you gain your dog’s
respect and keep it! This class addresses problems like food
and toy guarding, noncompliance to obedience commands and general
naughty behavior. You will gain scientific insight into your
dog’s furry brain and be better able to communicate with
you pooch. ***Please note, this is NOT a class for aggressive
dogs!!! If your dog is unable to play nice with others, please
contact one of our trainers for assistance.
Weekly Training Classes - $160 (six week session)
Private Training Sessions
DoggieWorks offers private training sessions for you and your
dog right in your own home! Our expert trainers will come to
you and work with your family to create a private training experience
for your dog. This is ideal for owners who have busy schedules
and for dogs who need a little one-on-one time with our consistent
and patient trainers. Contact us now and ask about multiple doggie
discounts!
Private Lesson - $75 per session

Doggie Boot Camp Program
This two week intensive program is designed by you and our trainers
for your dog. Our boot camp program is a fun, intense regiment
designed to address gaps in obedience training or target specific
behavioral problems. Your dog will stay with us at our facility
and our trainers will work with them one-on-one for two weeks.
Because this is a cage-free facility, we ask that your dogs are
friendly and play nice with other dogs. Your pups will be running
outside and playing, CAGE-FREE, when they are not working with
our trainers!!! Afforded all the TLC and puppy hugs and kisses
as our daycare dogs, your boot camp hound will learn all sorts
of commands and behaviors in a safe, fun environment!
